I am Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) who is committed to helping people feel connected to themselves and their experience of the world. This means that I work with a focus on the body and our physiological responses.

If we have experienced trauma, we can become disconnected from the feelings in our body. Through slowing down and finding safety in the warm presence of another we can gradually come home to ourselves again.
