Melissa Hoskins

I use a pluralistic approach to counselling, which means I tailor sessions to your own preferences and goals. In particular, I draw on methods from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centred Therapy.
I provide a compassionate space, where you can consider your life experiences openly, whilst also exploring possibilities for change. I have experience working with stress management, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, low mood, and relationship/work difficulties.
